Things to do in Tirthan Valley:
Discover Mashru Riverside
We are located at the iconic point where the Choie Waterfall trek begins. A short 100-meter walk from the hotel leads you
to the hike (easy level).
An upward climb of about 60 minutes leads to Choie Waterfall, where you can swim, soak, and eat by this natural wonder.

A picturesque hamlet further down the Tirthan Valley, Bathad is where the road ends and the wilderness begins.
Surrounded by thick deodar forests and traditional Himachali homes, it’s a quiet spot that offers a spectacular drive, riverside chilling, and access to the Bathad Waterfall.

Jalori Pass &
Serolsar Lake
Jalori Pass is one of the highest motorable mountain passes in the region, open in summer and spectacular in every season.
From here, a scenic 5 km forest hike leads to Serolsar Lake — a sacred, crystal-clear waterbody flanked by deodar trees and steeped in local legend.
Great Himalayan National Park (GHNP)
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, GHNP is a dream for nature lovers, birders, and trekkers.
It spans altitudes and ecosystems, from thick oak forests to alpine meadows and glacial streams. Choose your level:
Level 1 (Easy Walks): Gushaini to Rolla trek – a beautiful trail through forests and riverside paths. Approx. 9 km one way.
Level 2 (Moderate Treks): Rolla to Shilt Hut or beyond – slightly steeper, richer in bird life, and a peek into the park’s high-altitude ecosystem.
Level 3 (Advanced Treks): Rakhundi Top or the
multi-day trek to Tirthan Valley’s origin –
remote, rewarding, and breathtaking in every sense.
